This is from SONY.

In partnership with Digital On-Demand, which controls a
patented ecommerce platform for online music, film and software sales, Sony Music will distribute music over the Red Dot Network, which is operated by Digital On-Demand's RedDotNet subsidiary.

The long-term agreement calls for Sony to supply as many as
4,000 of its 7,000 active, full-length albums to record stores and mass merchandisers through secure network servers via a broadband connection that runs directly to each retail store. Digital Distribution Machines (DDMs) in the stores will enable customers and employees to locate, preview and select albums for purchase. Once the albums have been selected, RedDotNet's proprietary manufacturing station will burn the material onto a CD, DVD or MiniDisc, or transfer the data to SDMI-compatible flash memory devices, according to Digital On-Demand.

Cheers.
