They got a lot of negative commentary on threads like these. Then again, so did KOOP.

The biggest thing against it, IMHO, is that I just don't see how they're ever gonna be profitable in the long term. And while most of the net stocks aren't profitable, with most of them there is at least a hope of big profits somewhere down the line. I don't see how you're ever gonna get to big profits by charging for e-mail services that are first of all included in your internet access account, and secondly, widely available free of charge from many big net portals. To me it's like trying to sell bottled air.
