I spoke to one Kenneth Krichbaum in Reno and he disclaimed being the PRTI registered agent as the Nevada Secretary of State said he was. Also, I received return to sender mail addressed to PRTI at the address given me by the Nevada S/S, 8283 North Hayden, Scottsdale AZ - said the address was incomplete. No response from the SEC or the NASDAQ people. Need new information from Nevada Sec/State. These slimes probably reincorporated somewhere else by now - maybe the Virgin Islands.

John: If you can, call up the Nevada Secretary of State at sos.state.nv.us and see if you can get the latest filing of the registered agent and officers of PRTI and their addresses.A phone message said I could get the information there, but I tried and I get a lockout on disallowance.
