Wit just went from a FCFS (first come, first served) IPO allocation system to a lottery system, so it's hard to say at this point how hard it's gonna be for any Wit customer to get quality IPO shares. As far as new customers, your chances should be the same as old customers who haven't flipped.

It's as hard for a new customer as it is for an old customer...

Wit's gone to a new Lottery system, so everyone who IOI's has the same shot (as long as you IOI within the window, which is usually HUGE).

Follow the screens for the IPOs, they'll tell you what you need to do. If you win the lottery, they send you confirmation e-mail.
