Yes, I have been in two great relationships (only one of which led to marriage)in my life which lasted several years. There were other relationships, but one was for five years and the other was for nine years. In both of those we were friends and enjoyed each others company quite a lot and made each other laugh a lot. The friendship and mutual respect also led to some pretty great sex too... Right now, I am working on making a third relationship which seems to have some promise...who knows though. Guess only time will tell. Kevin
