counter suit is old news that is related to the old founders...if you start to follow this stock last week then you might not be aware of it. As far as earning, duh.....most Clec haven't make money yet....every analysts use EBITDA to analyze these companies..If anyone buying into CLEC and think that they can expect positive earning per share, they might think again of what it takes to build out networks of fibers. It aint' cheap. This stock or "dog" as you refer is no different than most CLECs out there.
