Institutions not selling on low volume, means They are READY TO BUY.
If they thought the market was going down, they would have swamped us with the volume of a major sell off as they put in programs to get to the exits first, and of cours trading curbs would ahve gone in. It was just SCARY DEAD. I bought, and now I will buy some more, and keep buying, DOUBLING DOWN. Because the institutions are waiting, to bottom feed, to buy at the bottom of the low. Then it will pick up as all the other investors, who have been weaned off, return, and then it will be too late and too high. Good Luck, T.G.I.F. at my sailing club after market close, I'll see you all there.
