bill.........Would you please give me a short definition of a 1-2-3 breakdown or point me to a definition? I tend to think your Item 4 is the primary cause of the decline, perhaps accentuated by one or more of the other possible reasons. In other words, and with some hindsight, I think it was simply a matter of the price sitting for more than a week near $5 resistance level after a very strong run and little prospect for news soon enough to reignite the rally. You hinted at this, but it almost seems obvious to me now that the price was due for a fall. Charles
