TQNT announced a 3/2 split after bell. I hope someone took my earlier advice.

CMGI - May be I'm pessimistic, but why does CMGI announce this deal of offering IPO to its shareholders now?

Its actual earning is 50% of the estimated, whereas a solid company like DELL almost got split (without increasing shares) when it has just met the estimate, and CPQ got slaughtered for giving the 50% reduction warning, and all, well, mostly all other net stocks got disgraced when they just meet the estimate but not the whisper number. YHOO even beat the estimate last quarter, for God sake, and its stock dropped, and dropped, and dropped.

I can't help but thinking that, is it because CMGI was afraid of being killed tomorrow so it has to "pribe" the shareholders, like "please don't sell me, I'll give you my next IPO."

Oh, well, for what it worth, I still have few shares of it in my pocket. I hope it would rise, for piglet sake.

Mr. CMGI, though, I wonder, can owning 1 share qualify me to get some action from your next IPO? I can keep that share forever.
