I don't know that I have a compelling reason for GMRK over TDW. TDW's larger market cap makes it a likely leader as mutual funds enter the sector, but also seem to have dulled TDW's appreciation in relation to other sector plays. I've owned TDW off and on during our recent rebound.

GMRK's debt consists entirely of a 130 million offering done in 98,
yahoo.transium.com as part of a refinancing effort. Such a recent placement concerns me less as it appears they preempted short term working capital problems by substituting long term debt.

Overall, I'd own both, but I think GMRK should offer more bang for the buck during sector wide recovery with it's lower amount of outstanding shares (market cap).
