People are too afraid of overpaying like they did..most have gioven up 30 to 40% of recent gains and arent abvout to risk whats left..long term..

JMO

One JMO to another, I think that's how the short-term herd will react. But there are more and more institutions buying into the leading Internets. Many will hold. I think a lot of smaller investors (like me) will also buy and hold in amounts they can sleep with comfortably. And the short positions still have to be covered.

As for CMGI, I see it as investing in management, not necessarily current book value or operating results. Their success with LCOS and GCTY puts them in the billion-dollar class, along with the potential of their new ventures. And the major bucks they have drawn from other tech companies who bought in to their VC funds.

If I was a full-time trader like yourself I would keep alarms on several leading Internet stocks and scalp them long and short all the time. But I just position trade from here as best I can.

I will try to get on the private site tonight. Work has kept me busy in the evenings recently.

All the best.
