Yeah.

I was just suspended for two days because I called someone a whiney sucky baby on a thread here. ..(among other things)..and when he demanded my info so he could sue me for libel.

Well. I blew my cool, earning me 48 hours in Jill Jail. At anyrate..

what a joke.

Libel...as if calling someone a whiney sucky baby is going to cause them damages, somehow affect his "good standing" and reputation in his community.

Good grief.

Lots of luck. Long arm statutes may say you can sue, putting it into practice is another thing.

Kinda hard to drag a Canadian(like moi) into an American court based on Name calling.
