The last post by Spencer before leaving town on business:ragingbull.com Tuesday, 8 Jun 1999 at 8:59 PM EDT Post #763 of 927 Ladies & Gentlemen and patient shareholders: This reply will be my last until next week. I am off to see (hopefully) some new big customers. I do have to work once in a while (16 hour days). First of all, I told you a few days ago of the one big obstacle of a speculator/dumper (whatever word you want to use/I did not and do not know who this person was). He owned (accumulated in January ? February ?)from what I could find out, close to 800,000 shares at one time, costing (my guess) about 20-25 cents per share. He started unloading 4-6 weeks ago, based upon the DTC weekly sheets (which shows MARKET MAKER positions). Anyway,to shorten this story, he was down to about 350,000 shares of stock, which was all purchased today by some people known to me. In any event, that got the big obstacle out of the way, as he was always there selling at 29/30/31/32 cents, which prevented the stock from going anywhere. Once he was out of the way, and the 350,000 shares "put away", there (pardon my old Brooklynese) "just ain't no more" to go around.(Shares). Please beleive what you want, Liteglow has not, will not,and can not 'PRINT ANY PAPER". I have not sold,so bottom line, the volume is shares being churned, and it had to (eventually) start to rise. My only further comments are these: I will stay on top of things and report whatever is going on to everyone, good or bad. I will release the May figuures next Tuesday, only because I will be out of town until Monday (they are basically ready by the 10th). We are filing, both the 12-31-98 audited and the 3-31-99 first quarter unaudited, figures (which as you must realize are not audited figures, but they are being filed, and we will not release false info to the SEC).Bottom line is, we (all the good/hardworking people) at Liteglow and Lowglow are building something pretty damn good. I hope that you all stay on board. I don't blame those of you that have big losses for being upset and from Missouri and saying "SHOW ME". I too have huge losses, but if your still here, they are only on paper, we haven't sold. I didn't. You have to decide what is best for yourselves. I know about Red Sox fans feeling good and bad, but I was from Brooklyn, and I am not "waiting till next year". This is our year, and it looks pretty damn good so far! Thanks to all, see you in a few days.....
