I see the nine month cycle and it does look real. To say that I understood why there is a 9 month cycle would be a stretch....a long stretch.

Interestingly, it would put the next 9 month low in the beginning of March if I read it correctly. This would correspond with when I think that the Y2K fears will be alleviated (with 2000 being a leap year).
