IMO, Well, when LU absorbs ASND in two weeks, there will be no more ASND. And the prevailing attitude of the investors on and around ASND for the last 2 years has been one of following a market leader, with unique technology, in their field. Although JNPR may not have Unique technology, they will probably be a market leader in the Terabit/Near Terabit router field, making them a likely candidate to attract the type of investors that were in ASND.
