ALL: Lou G. to speak before government high technology panel in Washington DC at ~10:30AM EDT. He is following Greenspan who just said that High Tech doesn't seem to be increasing business efficiency in Europe and Asia because they '...do not have a history of being able to downsize and layoff personnel who have been displaced by high technology when it is applied to their workplaces...' Or 'redefine their pension plan out from under them'....... :-( But, remember what happened the last time Lou spoke..... Ben A.
