It would be easy for me to say yes that AMF is a good buy since I have a decent block of shares and any injection of activity in the stock would be welcomed.

But, still at this point it is risky. If you want to do research, you would be better of researching Sierra Leone current events and history. Currently talks aimed at ending an on and off nine year civil war are taking place in Lome, Togo since early May. It was just announced yesterday that a peace accord could be agreed upon by the weekend.

I hope all mining leases remain with the companies in SL (most importantly AMF) and if this is so, the SL land is internationally known for having some of the best gem quality diamonds in the world.

If peace is restored, foreign mining goes forward, then I have total faith from what I have seen up to this point that AMF will be mining come October/November. If this happens the price at a minimum will challenge its high of .75 Canadian obtained over two years ago when the country at the time was not at war. If they start pulling them out of their PROVEN reserves properties then the train really gets rolling.

Keep a CLOSE eye on these three stocks - AMF (SL only;potentially Angola), RXD (SL, South Africa and Maritiwana) and DMW (SL and Angola) over the next thirty days. If the country signs a peace accord, see what the ramifications are as quickly as possible.
