I think that ET&T is a closely held company. I think that I heard of Tom holding 70%. It is not a public company, from the last that I heard.

Yep. Sorry I reacted too quickly and did not recognize it was ET&T buying the shares, so not really a buy back. I was thinking Econnect was buying the shares. I don't blame Tom for wanting more shares in ET&T, will offset any dilution from add'l shares. He will need more shares to maintain his percentage of control.
