Welcome back EAF,

It does appear that the next 3 years + should be very rewarding.

I've never known the chip forecasters to get it right. And once they start raising their forecasts, which SIA did this week, there are many more to come. I guess it's something like finding a cockroach. Never one, but usually untold numbers of them. :-)

This 300mm news is what we've talked about for so long as being the flint that produces a spark. I think the tinders are just warming up.

I was thinking the same thing.

I get the feeling that some of the shorts are losing their nerve too. I have been short a few stocks in my days and the one thing that always rattled me was when news came out that might cause a significant fundamental shift.
