Thomas, Sorry, I didn't mean that your explanation was rote; hope you didn't take it that way. I meant that JNJ's explanation was pretty standard, "well, we have to give a reason, so..." No one here has the complete inside view of any of the companies we talk about (and if we did, our ethical and contractual constraints probably should prevent us from giving it). So we're all just trying to piece together what's going on in the park based on peaks through the hedges and the sound of the music drifting out. Your input (and mine) is all part of piecing the puzzle together. biowa
