As mentioned, there were additions to the mineral property. This however is a capital property and not for sale. as i noted, if the costs were loaded up in their, then the stones must be for a permanent collection or something similar. if they are instead to be realized on in the next 12 months they should be reported as some form of current asset. the amount would be made up of costs incurred. this is much less then FMV.
