And another stinky stock--NCDR--gets halted by the SEC: The agency said that there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of Net Command, an Internet technology company formerly known as Corsaire Inc. that has offices in Sunrise, Florida. In particular, the SEC said there are questions about the accuracy and adequacy of information on recent acquisitions by Net Command and a $1.5 million credit line the company ''purportedly'' received.
