Just to confirm this, take a look at AOL's chart. The court news was supposed to be a positive for them and yet they are falling also. It is a sector out of favor in a fearful market, nothing more. Not a long term problem with the stock IMO. When the market turns around, so will the stock. The word WHEN is the key.... Ron Dior
