Too much debt and interest rates up, I am just on the sidelines waiting to pull the trigger. They turn down 11 as a buyout few months ago. if they are bought out it may trade in that range.

AMMB is hurting, its a given buyout rumors circulate. I myself "at this time" will discount that. I will have to say AMMB has the right connections to get it done.
