He keeps posting like we are not even here trying to woo him away. What will it take to get him to sign? I can't take his mind games. What is our next move? >>> He is cool. Wow! If it were the old way of business, the next one to talk loses but....this is the internet economy. So, I say we up his options to 50,000 per year and his base salary to $1,000,000. We will also base his bonus on how much he expenses. The more he expenses the larger his bonus. Let's see if this works. I was worried we would get into a bidding war. You don't just find this talent!
