I agree with your assessment, Henry.
The Fed will discuss raising the target by
50 bps, but will only implement 25bps end of June.
The other 25bps can then be added between meetings (approved
in advance) after confirmation by telephone conference vote
if they want. That should satisfy both the hawks and doves.
