I just noticed this company and was wondering if anyone "in the know" could answer a few questions. Wall Street Research Group has 1999 EPS at .40. and the outstanding shares as 2.7 million and float as about 350K. They also indicate that CRNC is fully reporting, however they are late on the 98 10KSB, 98 4th qtr 10QSB, and 1st and 2nd qtr 99 10QSB. Has management given any indication of how 99 if going thus far (i.e. revenues/EPS)? When are the overdue SEC filings expected to be completed? Has anyone verified the current O/S and float recently?
