Status as of 6/17/1999:

Recent activity by our PR firm, S&S Public Relations, has resulted in several exposures for Planet City. Note that these are unpaid references.

"Hot Product News" profiled Planet City for a week on their website. You can review it at hotproductnews.com . Click on "New Software News", Click on "New Items This Week". Scroll down to the "Millennium Bug Compliance Kit".

TechMall ran a story on Planet City/MBCK on the front page of their website under "Hi Tech Stories". Check it out at techmall.com . Scroll down to "June 11 - ready for 2000? Planet City Software Announces Its Millennium Bug Compliance Kit"

Rudy Rupak, President of Planet City's wholly owned subsidiary, Planet City Software Publishing, was interviewed live on the Mark Cohen Show on Sunday, May 30th. Mark is the host of The KABC Computer Show, a hi-tech computer show in Los Angeles for KABC Talk Radio. It airs on Sundays from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm (PST), and is heard throughout Southern California. You can view their web site at kabc.com .

Planet City's MBCK was profiled in Fortune magazine's "Fortune Technology Guide - Summer Issue", on page 178. The text of the article was reproduced at ragingbull.com.

Other periodicals and newspapers will be running Planet City articles in the coming weeks. There will also be more live radio and TV appearances. As the Year 2000 approaches, personal computer owners will become more aware of the problems with both hardware and software, and they will be looking for solutions. We want them to recognize our name when they do.

Planet City acquired the worldwide intellectual property rights to MBCK back in February, 1999. These rights included the source code to the product. Since then, the Planet City Software Publishing technical staff in Montreal developed a new user interface for the MBCK, added Data File Renovation functionality that was missing from the original product, and created a version on CD-ROM. Montreal's most recent contribution was the completion of the Chinese translated version of the product. It is now available for distribution in China through our business partner, Global Telephone Communication, Inc. Their website is at globaltci.com .

Planet City Software's technical staff in Sedona has been busy producing a newer version of MBCK. It will be smaller and more efficient, have an improved HELP facility, provide automatic registration capabilities, and will contain some new open-architecture features. These new features will ensure our users have access to the latest available information regarding third party application software compliance. The features will also provide the ability to update our product feature-set from our website as we continue to develop enhancements. This new version will be available in July of 1999.

Our new Production Archive & Licensing product (PAL) had its debut at the Banff Television Festival ( banfftvfest.com ) yesterday, June 16. The PAL product was very well received. Approximately 100 television/multimedia industry people attended a special evening presentation, with between 5 and 10 people expressing a serious interest in purchasing the product. WebChoice was also profiled during the presentation, and caught the attention of a couple of interested viewers.

We are aggressively pursuing business relationships with several software and services vendors. Paperwork is in various stages of completion. We should be able to announce alliances within a few weeks.

We have started preparing the information for filing our Form 10 Registration to become a Fully Reporting company. This filing process might take months to complete.

Exciting times are ahead for PINC investors. Progress is good on an activity totally unrelated to any of the above mentioned items. Look for news soon.

And, finally, check out our new logo on our corporate website at planetcity.com

A hearty "Happy Father's Day" to all you Dads out there.

A "Safe Harbor" statement follows my signoff.

Regards,

TED
