Joe, I certainly didn't mean to tic you off. I was a shareholder of 24k at .285 and sold this a.m. for a large loss. SI is my home site and I'm very aware of RB's poor content. I truly was only trying to provide what I found to be revelent information from an RB user I felt was very forthright with his DD in the last 3 weeks. The holdiay inn that is suppose to have a shareholders meeting june 18 will never happen HOLIDAY INN number 757-499-4400 page 8.(I work for holiday inn) No proxy statement were mailed to share holders as stated by may 21st page 9. I also call Harmon & Company Cpa as listed on page 27. 614-792-9833 they never heard of agrs or select shopper as stated on page 27. I also Called agrs old telephone number in texas, A nice lady anwered and said they took off out of town and had several lawsuits pending . I must confess your reaction to my post was somewhat of a shock. I felt the above list information in regards to the 14a was something to share with the level headed people of this thread. I don't think I was wrong in doing so. Maybe if I were a basher, but I would challenge you to research my posts in search of such a falsehood. Ken
