Hi Ed I don't think the bond issue is of major importance. In fact, getting a bond issue in place costs a substantial amount of money for the broker as well as finder's fees. Why do it unless there is a crashing need. This may not be the best application of money right now. As I understand it, the property could be mortgaged if necessary which may be a better solution. They seem to have sufficient financing for ongoing development and to impress VW with their capabilities It is like the interest payment due shortly. An allowance has been established on the books and the company is profitable. The only reason these things are being raised is so that the Market Makers can shake some more stock free at very low prices and they are doing a great job. You read my comments on the previous response. We really do have people on board that are after a quick flip and we have to get rid of them before the stock will recover. Then I hope it is only gradual or we will attract the same players back in again. just my impressions
