Why would people sell at 12.75 if Ford is going to pay 13 for every share? When will Ford pay? Is it wise to stay with this co. till that time or should we invest that money else where that could make more than $1/4? Those that answer "no/yes" to this are selling. I sold some because I no longer believe in what I belived in this company. The only reason I am keeping more than 50% of my shares is to vote no and participate in any law suits that might (or not) come in the future. Ramesh
