He called me at my office on a weekend which I was very impressed by. I asked him about the latest news release and asked him, "Does that mean the shares are not able to be traded and if they were would that be considered illegal?" He said, "I am not an attorney, but as far as I know, YES, it would be." I then asked him to confirm about more news releases next week and he said, "Yes, there will be." The rest of the conversation was very interesting and I'll let you know up front that I asked him if I could quote him and he said "Yes I could, but he didn't want to come across as HYPE because in his opinion, HYPE seems to project pump and dump." It went like this: Q: "What is your opinion on this stock with what you know now about the companies plans and their ability to pull them off effectively?" A: "If I had any more money myself available I would personally put the rest I had available in this stock." Q: "Will the news releases this week have some hard core data on the future plans of this company and will these news releases this week reflect on why you are so excited about this stock? A: "Yes they will." Q: "Will the news releases this week show investors that are LONG why they should hang on to this stock for the long haul & not just the short term?" A: "Yes, they will. These news releases will show the investors both short term or long term why they should hang on to this stock for the next 6 months instead of selling in the next few days at $1.50 when they could hang on for who knows what in the next 6 months." Q: "What is your relationship with USAV and how do you get compensated for conducting Investor Relations for them?" A: "I was contracted to represent them in these matters for an undisclosed amount of restricted shares of USAV. This means I couldn't sell these shares if I wanted to and will also prove that I have no reason to HYPE this stock." (I.E. Pump & Dump) Q: "What can you tell us if anything about these news releases next week?" A: "I'm not going to disclose anything that isn't in written form until the news releases come out. That would be considered Hype & Rumor in my opinion and is not healthy for this or anyother stock." This is a recap of the key parts of my conversation to the best of my recollection to the "TEE" and is not meant to HYPE anyone only to inform them. The tone of the conversation was extremely positive and upbeat and he is seemed very excited about next week's press releases and the future long term plans of this company. Let me reitterate one more time that is not intended to be HYPE only information and opinion. If you're going to post HYPE without facts, don't bother, you can only hurt yourself and the rest of us by doing so.
