Benny --

Statistics show cable deployment considerably ahead of telco/copper/xDSL, so I don't worry about cable being hurt in the near to mid term. Once telcos start signing contracts for ADSL/DTV deployments, there'll be some perception bumps. The challenge is in knowing when the Street will react versus what's announced versus what's actually deployed. If you figure it out, let me know.

NN/IMagic's DTV solution is compelling in that it gives telcos ammunition to meet AT&T's cable strategy.

I'm betting on both as they each have strengths. I'm also betting on fixed wireless, another last mile solution --- geared to small to mid-sized businesses.

Good to see you here.

Pat

Benny,

What fraction of the installed cable plant is currently 2-way capable? Any estimates on what that number will be two years from now?

WGAT is intriguing.
