what's amazing about the TYX is the ponderous momentum of the rise in yield, and decline in the long bond price. My momentum models, would say that even if we have a rally at 6.10-15 that we would then make higher highs in yield over 6.20, and new lows on the sept. TBond contract.

I'm really impressed with the weakness and yet the bond bulls are down to 18% and I think that we are at the lowest levels of bond bulls in the 1990's. This is almost getting to be the mirror inverse of last Oct.

BTW I really like Bianco's piece on interest rates and the equity market in this past week's Barron's. If you haven't read it I could post it later.

The yen has really been tearing up the town this past couple of weeks.
