Go here: edgar.sec.gov (the NCDR document isn't up yet) and then look into what's happened to the other companies on the list since their own trading suspensions.

It should give you a very good idea what's likely to happen to NCDR on the 24th and afterwards.

Yours was really not a very convincing effort, Arthur.

CRIM Porcari;

Why do you continue this charade? Your cover has been blown. You and your associates have been exposed. The SEC has halted your vehicle. The game, as I have told you in the past, is now over.

Be happy that you were able to get some money out of this deal. At least now you can start paying back your creditors. That is, unless, the SEC seizes any illegal gains you may have realized.

Buyer Beware!

"all publicity is good publicity"

Well, Arthur, that's what pornography store owners say. Nothing is as good for business as a newspaper story about what they are doing.

However, this is a different business.

Pornography is not a matter of believing that the product might actually be real -- you can see it yourself. Development-stage technology companies are a matter of faith when it comes to investing. You had to have faith in management and the deals it said it has done. The SEC has just cast a dark cloud over the anybody who believed in the stock.
