I thought Telstar was a hughes sat until delivered in orbit to loral? If that is the case then Loral isn't controlling on the delivery time.

Jeff, maybe Bernie could hold LMT's shares of LOR hostage and force LMT to provide a dummy payload launch to prove the reliability of the Atlas 3A before launching Telstar 7.
