Sounds like a possible double cross between Russia and Slob Milosevic against NATO.

Once Russian troops are in Kosovo, the Serb troops might turn around and head back into Kosovo. This would create a major problem for NATO troops in Kosovo.

On one hand we have the Serbs, who can't be trusted. OTOH, we have Russia who can't be trusted. This doesn't smell good.
