can somebody tell me what type of pp this is. What was the conversion for the 2.5 mil shares. The reason I am asking is because of what is known as the toxic convertible where a lot of us lost money with a co called tsig where their pp placement had floorless conversion and the co got killed and we lost a lot. It is now trading at .05 all the way down from .62 in a short period of time. I appreciate any input as I am seriously considering investing in this co. Thanks in advance. peacelover
