Bobby, re:DOT, the break-out from the triangle and the subsequent run back to the breakout point were classics. much lower prices are possible and even probable. there has been pain, but not enough of it. analysts continually calling for a bottom in the group should make the bulls real nervous imo.

Bobby, re: generals watch, INTC ran back up to resistance in the 55 area and promptly turned back down from there. MSFT tried to break out to the upside from the contracting B-bands we were observing, and the breakout failed. usually such failed breaks are followed by a sharp move in the opposite direction. admittedly the MSFT situation is unresolved at this point and may still turn around; but i wouldn't lay bets on that.
