I'm not saying he's falsifying the results. But if I were in Dirk's shoes, I'd be going conservative with the advantages. It would make absolutely no sense for Dirk to pull a marketing trick and take the best case for AMD and the worst case for Intel. This would be setting himself up for a fall big time.
