As far as the lawsuit goes: at the annual meeting, Angus said that the first request had 293 plaintiffs, and it was rejected. The new request has 7, and a decision on it is pending. In the absense of a consolidated complaint, there's nothing happening now.

Jess, as of May 11 th about 1.4 MM short, a decrease of about 150,000 shares from the prior month. I do not think that much of this will come out as fuel for this rally. It is my opinion that a good chunk is hedging against the convertible debenture.
