After some consolidation ANCR seems to be breaking into new ground today. If successful, next stop 21 1/2, imho. And look at that great relative strength!

Reminder: Tonight the Frank Russell Company will release it's preliminary list of companies that will be added and dropped from the Russell 3000 index. Breifing.com estimates this years cutoff will be companies with a market cap of 175 million. With ANCR's current market cap, I am hopeful that ANCR will be added to the index.

There are currently $120 billion in index funds that mimic the Russell 2000. If ANCR makes the cuts, we can look for these index funds to begin buying (and holding) ANCR.

I have been the only one to post anything regarding the Russell reconstitution. Am I misguided in making a big deal of this? If so, my apologies.

Here's a link for more info on the Russell Reconstitution.
