Please note that there are a variety of different criteria that a company can meet to achieve National Market Listing.

But since we still lack the requisite assets for qualify for anything but "intial listing 3", and would have to stay above $5 to maintain that requirement, Nasdaq may not approve an application unless the company can show their ability to maintain $5/share as a rock-bottom support price, as well as wishing to see a significant news release clarifying the expected revenues for the year.

Now Nasdaq Small-Cap is easier to qualify for:

This is what I expect MSU to be applying for. Anything to get us off of this godforsaken BB market and into the hands of all of those Datek traders.... :0)
