Jim, ASTN should really not have broken back under $14, and about 12.75 on a closing basis, the fact that these level were sheared and that the major support (quadruple bottom) was pierced without any buying coming to the rescue, indicate to me that such an announcement is not due very soon. I am flat and will stay this way until it is clear that things are going ahead according to plan (and I presume the stock will behave better as well). You should not underestimate the technical damage inflicted on a stock that has been halved in a period of less than two weeks. Zeev
