Just heard on yahoo that the float is 7.5MM and and total outstanding is 19.5 MM, can anyone verify this? Mavrick, how are you. Equity: Common Stock $.01 Par, 5/99, 45M auth, 20,151,288 issd. Insiders control approx. 26%. IPO 8/98, 3,000,000 shares @ $8.50 by BT Alex. Brown. PO 2/99, 3M shs. (1.75M by Co.) @ $23.50 by BT Alex. Brown. The above IPO+secondary = 6M shares; and looking at the recent insiders sales, I think the 7.5MM float is a good estimate. No longer a small float stock.
