<<. Remember, we are still slightly below the price where NETP
hit the public market.

Wasn't IPO price $14?>>

Insook: NETP was priced around $14 and hit the public market at near $23. I have done my homework and I understand the company and its potential. IMO, they also have GREAT management and that is essential for a new internet pioneer to successfully execute for all stakeholders. I made NETP my LARGEST position after doing my homework and understanding the UPSIDE potential. There are no guarantees and I am taking a calculated risk by having over 75% of my total holdings in Net Perceptions stock. I sleep well at night and think LONG TERM. I have a multi-year time horizon for this investment and have high expectations for the company. IMO, in the next 12-18 months NETP could experience a run-up similar to the type that Doubleclick and Inktomi have had. I feel that NETP's technology is as strategic and important to the e-commerce revolution as what DCLK and INKT offer. NETP still has a market cap. under $500 million and is very undervalued. These are just my thoughts.

Good Luck with your investing as well.

Best Regards,

Scott
