BW = Friend of Dell; FORTUNE = Friend of Dell. Both magazines once again have extremely pro-Dell articles in their most recent editions. Last year, BW ranked Dell the #1 IT company in the universe; this year it's ranked second to only AOL. My favorite excerpt from BW article: "[Michael] Dell gave the lowdown on how his company uses the Web in a February speech to executives at Allied Signal Inc. That helped him beat out IBM and Compaq Computer Corp. to land the company's desktop computer business -- about 17,000 PCs a year." Hope MD kept a copy of that speech and gives it often to lots of prospective customers that can buy 17,000 PCs a year!! Forget the short-term obsession with interest rates....this too will pass. Don't sell your Dell.
