4TNer I talked with Don Huston Yesterday just before an announcement and this come to me as unexpected as for anybody.
I don't like consolidation but what can I do,at this price I don't sell
and I wish I got some money to buy more.
I must agree this announcement looks not very good and peoples have pretty good reason to sell but I think 99% of them don't known why this must be done and what management decided to do.
First...as things is going they got no chance for any financing.
They still have $400.000 in the Bank and this is not much, good for one more shoot and then what?
I asked few weeks ago if they consider changing business to the internet e-commerce field and they answer no,not at this time.
But as You can see nothing is working as planed and in my opinion is just about time to do something.
Don Huston said that they will keep property, deal with Falkonbridge is on the table but I belive it if I see news release.
SVB is dead,Teck asked for 200.000 to do more work there and they not willing to do this.
Lac Rocher is the last shoot in the mining sector for this company.
They will move to internet sector as soon as they can.
Recently they working on internet deal for CSG and this looks very very good and because this good experience with CSG they finally decided not waste more time and do samething with Cypress.
CSG as of now is halted waiting an announcement, they entering internet e-commerce in art sector and Cypress may be participant in this deal but I don't think this will happen at this moment.
The fact is Cypress going to internet business and this I like but I don't like consolidation.
I guess right now we must wait and see what happen.
Regards
Marek
