Well, more or less...

Remember, Wit is also the same company who was telling us about their "Point System" and how you'd "earn" points for holding, and "lose" them for flipping... They didn't tell you that you'd lose all your points and be banned for 60 days (like several I know of) from getting an IPO.

Both Wit and E*Trade are extremely vague about their Flipping Policies (or lack of enforcement thereof).

The point probably should be "don't flip if you want another IPO." At least on Wit, and possibly the new E*Trade policy (whatever that is).

The only thing I'm sure of on both Wit and post-FCFS E*Trade: no one knows what their flipping policies are. What they say and what they do have often proven to be animals of a different color...
