Anybody... whats up with these hedge fund bailouts. How does a hedge fund qualify for a bailout, just pure asset value? I'm a limited partner in a hedge fund, does this mean I get bailed out if it goes down, and for that matter why didn't Cramer get "bailed out" last year when he returned 2% - he should have been bailed out by the fed in order to get the minimum 20%

I am, indeed, Mohan. A greedy pig, even!

But the present bond sell off of about 60 basis points in a month on a single bad CPI number (quite possibly a fluke as energy prices have declined since April) is unreal, whereas the rest of the data was benign. This smells just like the flight to quality last October. And Fed bailouts are always yummy!
